Fantastic room, clean and really well equipped. Friendly communication. Inside and out the property was very well maintained. Couldn’t ask for more.

En-suite was tiny and did not match the pictures shown when booking at all. Rooms are also not soundproof AT ALL - room beside ours arrived home in the middle of the night and we were greeted by the sound of retching all night.
Fine as a base you can’t expect much more for the 2* but definitely doesn’t match the price charged.

This was a cute place to stay, but it was a bit out of the way. 15 minutes to Belfast via cab. Curb side parking if you were lucky. Apparently there was a common room, but it was always locked when we were there. The suites were very clean and the beds comfy. There was a mini fridge. The shower was tiny, so not appropriate for “plus size” people.
It would be great for single travellers, but not so much for groups.
