Located centrally to get around the city conveniently. But there were constructions going on nearby and too close to the city centre for bus noises throughout the day. The staffs were so friendly and nice!

Other reviews commented on staff and construction. The lower level is being remodeled for a hotel restaurant but there was no noise from it while we were there. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk easily to nearby City Hall and restaurants. Where to park was not well explained but we parked a block down on right at garage and hotel gave voucher for discount. Hotel is in beautiful Linen district and when restaurant is complete it will be amazing.

Guests have to type all their own details and take pics to check in. Not at all user friendly

Spacious studio, but WiFi poor / non functioning, overnight noise from ironworks on the road outside. I can see the potential for The Flint, but I think the finish is incomplete.

We were not told about the extensive renovations going on every day, very noisy. Service to the rooms was unreliable. Front desk staff were awesome.

Nice big apartment like room. We made breakfast on two days and appreciated the cookware provided.

The hotel is located right near the heart of downtown Belfast. It is easily walkable and incredibly convenient. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-kempt. I would recommend this hotel for any travelers going to Belfast. There is also a parking garage only a block down from the hotel making for easy parking as well.
