Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotlessly clean and welcoming. Location was perfect, easy walking distance to bus station, city center, City Hall, local pubs, supermarket, transportation.
Our initial room was on 1st floor without a good view, front desk staff immediately relocated us when I requested an exterior facing room for our 4 day stay. Would stay here again

I checked in yesterday with a friend my name Deborah dunwoodie my money was stolen by this friend and I couldn’t stay over at the hotel and paid for it I had to go back home can you help please many thanks I’m so absolutely upset

Really great central location in the centre close to the bus station, shops and pubs
5 min walk into futher into the centre and visitor attractions. Great friendly helpful staff

Location great.
Hotel good, but dont pay over 225. Not a luxury property.
Farely quiet when windows closed.
Pillow stiff. Toilet handle has to be pumped to flush.
Would stay again for location and ok for sleeping. But wanted another night and priced had jumped to 389...NOT worth that price!

Carpet dirty with numerous stains, room dated and washroom required new grout.
Breakfast was good however and staff were friendly and accommodating.
