I didn’t like the fact that there was no food. No restaurant. A few items for sale in the gift shop.

The room was clean and beds were comfy. We had a big stain on one of our towels. Someone woke me up talking loudly outside our door at 6:30 am and a barking dog woke up my daughter at 7:00 am. So much for sleeping in on vacation. Loved the beach. Pool and hot tub were clean. There was an autistic boy teenager who tried to get onto my daughter’s lap in the hot tub. She is 9 years old. I blocked the boy with my body and his Mom finally told him to stop. There was another little girl, 10 years old, who told my daughter the boy was vigorously rubbing her thigh in the hot tub and she was scared. She got out of the hot tub. Probably would be good to have someone present from the hotel in the pool area. Overall, we would probably come back.

I think the showers need to be outfitted with hand held wands.
Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

Great time at an excellent motel. Clean, friendly staff. We really enjoyed the stay and will be back soon.

It is showing its age, the public area does smell and the hotel even put air fresher in the elevator and hallway. As a 2-star hotel, Fireside Inn is fine. But for the price I paid, it is not worth it at all.
