Air Conditioning needs improvement.

I’ve stayed at this location a few times. The air conditioning in the rooms is not the best. The temperature in Belém is pretty hot all year round and a cool room where you can rest is a must.

Very good and friendly service and the location is safe and convenient..we enjoyed our stay of 5 days, however the internet connection was very poor and there was no solution during our stay

The breakfast was very limited. All of the cakes and bread were dried out and crumbly. Dining restaurant was completely empty, even no staff. Last day a very loud group was drinking in the restaurant and no one of the staff was saying anything. The hotel seemed understaffed.

Modern building with a nice bathroom and view from balcony. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The worse hotel I have stayed at - the general manager, she was the rudest person that has ever serviced me during any of my stays / I have traveled around the world for the past 10 years with Expedia, and I am an Expedia Gold Plus member, and let me tell you - I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again! And never should you - I cannot say enough: STAY AWAY!
