The installations wete great, but the hotel personnel made the visit very enjoyable. I was staying at a diffent hotel and was very unhappy there, so I dropped by the Radisson Blu one afternoon amd had a beer at the bar to get a sense of the place, and immediately liked it. Ila

The staff at this hotel are amazing. The hotel is clean and inviting. I was disappointed that I didn’t have an option to have air conditioning (rather than heat) in my room - coming from a cold weather climate, I didn’t need heat in my room so I had to leave it off - but the room was very stuffy without any air moving. Breakfast buffet was great but not quite to the same level as my last stay. Overall, great experience.

Our stay at Radisson was pleasant but could have been better. The temperature in the rooms is very hot and we made this known multiple times. The hotel team said we they are currently out of season for AC meaning they cannot turn the AC on despite it being 19-21 degrees outside.
