Great friendly service. Good selection of breakfast items. The hotel needs to be updated. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel however.

Excellent service The neighborhood is at the beach in Jounieh which is beautiful Local retail is limited

Had a sea view room and it was fantastic. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre but lunch and dinners were Good.

Good location with sea views, however, dirty windows which spoiled the sea view! The room was not clean so we had to ask them to send a cleaner to do it. It was not too bad after all. Staff were friendly and helpful. I think it is overpriced and not a 5-star hotel (Not a good value for money). Would I booked it again? More likely "not", but may consider it if cheaper.

The hotel its very well located in front of the sea cost. There are not beach in this area. The area its full of night live. in the midle distance between Beirut and Biblos. Just few blocks from the pedestrian area of the city and 1 km from the Casino du Lebanon. The best of this hotel are the peoples. Very friendly at every moment. In my opinion its a 4 star hotel compearing internationally.

Way Overpriced not clean

Pros: nothing
Cons: price, cleanness, rooms are too old,
Location: location is ok
Rooms are not clean jacuzzi full of dust and hair , bed sheet was dirty had to change it. Rooms are noisy . It's very expensive hotel.
