More hygiene and pillows must be more clean

Dear Jimmy,
We apologize for any inconvenience that you might have experienced during your stay. When it comes to laundry, we take no shortcuts and employ a certified third party provider to ensure they deliver the quality you deserve. However if some linen have been discolored due to excessive cleaning they might appear to be non hygienic but rest assured they are cleaned and disinfected thoroughly before delivery to ensure they are clean and hypoallergenic before being used. Despite that we will reiterate our commitment and reconcile obligations to that end and we hope to see you again to share with you the standards you expect.

A convenient place to stay, very friendly staff.

The location is great. Just a short walk from great eats and touristic sitings. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help with anything requested. The check in and out were easy and fast. All staff are always happy and smiling. We would recommend this beautiful modern and very clean hotel to our friends and family. Thanks for making our stay in Jounie a great one.

Great breakfast!
Very clean and silent.
It has good location to reach several sight seeing places as well as nice restaurant.
