"Na madrugada do dia 25 para 26, fiquei alguns minutos chamando no portão e uma gangue de motoqueiros passavam na rua. Fiquei com medo, mas nada aconteceu. Seria bom se fornecessem controle do portão para quem não está de carro tbm ou fizessem um portão de entrada com tag ou chave. Outro ponto negativo: as camareiras faziam muito barulho e conversavam alto durante a manhã. Um dia a tarde, estava dormindo e uma delas abriu minha porta que estava trancada. I was truly amazed by the incredible understated elegance of the place. The staff are amazingly proud of their dedicated service to the clients and if you look closely, you can see all the details laid out for you.
