A 3.5 star is very generous for this property. It definitely needs to be renovated. The outside of the exterior along with the interior needs some updating. The hotel was kind of expensive for what it was. I would not go back. The surrounding houses and neighborhoods are a 5 star. It was fine to walk around late at night. The beaches were also wonderful. I would definitely come back to the island.

my check in was on Sunday night, I made a reservation on the same day, when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that they did not have confirmation that they had received payment through expedia because the finance person who has access to this information does not work on Sunday. Short story; I had to pay again for the hotel.

I had 2x diner in the positano restaurant and the lady told me that they did not accept credit nor debit USD cards. Very frustrating. At the check in the lady was not nice. Very rude and annoying.

Achei a localização do hotel excelente! O hotel oferece bastante atividade infantil e várias opções de atividades para adultos também. Estivemos em período de frio e chuva, mas tivemos boas horas de lazer ainda assim. O único senão seria para a limpeza dos quartos que deixou um pouco a desejar. Mas voltaríamos com certeza em outra oportunidade

Eu havia escolhido a opção com vista lateral mar, mas infelizmente a minha vista foi uma construção de obras com muito barulho, depois de pedir para me trocarem de quarto eles me colocaram em um de frente com o restaurante que fica localizado dentro do hotel e que tambem tinha muito ruído dos exaustores. Fiquei frustrada pois tinha diversos prédios e eles poderiam considerar a mudança, fiquei na Torre I.

Hotel ainda incrivel Piscinas otimas, quarto muito confortavel, atendimento excelente. Peca um pouco na falta de atividades esportivas, por nao possuir quadras de esporte. Nao nada que inviabilize o otimo hotel a beira mar.

El hotel fue perfecto para las vacaciones con mi familia. Solo tiene un gran problema. NO hay agua para tomar. Deberían tener bidones para rellenar las botellas, ya que no se puede tomar agua del grifo. Además cuando pedimos agua filtrada, nos dijeron que no podían por política de la empresa. Sería necesario tener disponible agua para los huéspedes.

Decepcionante, não voltaria

O quarto é no mínimo decepcionante pra um hotel que se diz 4 estrelas e que é um resort. Banheiro com mofo, chuveiro muito antigo (barulhento, ducha fortíssima que chega a machucar e que não deixa a ducha parada, vários sinais de má limpeza). Não tem exaustor no banheiro. O ar condicionado não funcionava na função heat. A cortina era blackout, porém não fechava o suficiente as janelas, inclusive no nosso quarto o hóspede anterior deixou uma fita crepe para fechar. Não tem isolamento acústico, ouvíamos os hospedes dos quartos vizinhos e de cima andarem, falarem. Nosso quarto tinha uma porta que dividia com o quarto ao lado, péssimo. Foi a pior experiência que eu já tive de hospedagem, com relação ao quarto. A minha sorte é que reservei apenas 3 dias e fiquei os outros em outro hotel da ilha. O buffet de café da manhã era muito completo, sempre abastecido, mas o hotel estava lotado com uma convenção de empresa, o que deixava o momento insuportável, porque você não conseguia tomar o café em paz, as mesas conversavam alto e entre elas. O atendimento de toda a equipe era muito bom, todos muito atenciosos. A academia é muito boa, bastante equipamento, 2 piscinas descobertas sendo uma aquecida e uma coberta aquecida e sauna.
