A lovely hotel. Service levels in Brazil can often fall short but here they nail it. Suitcases were waiting in our room once we’d checked in. Staff are very polite and attentive without being overbearing. Our room was very modern and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options. The hotel is a stone’s throw from the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. We felt safe in the neighbourhood. Best in Brazil so far, better than the Copacabana Palace.

The hotel is very nice. Front desk service was outstanding. Javier (bartender) very nice and polite, made us some awesome caipiroskas!! Room as advertised clean. Breakfast was awesome, with a variety of food and drinks. We were not able to use the pool/ rooftop area- since it was closed for maintenance and the information was not disclosured during our booking! Free bikes provided by the hotel was a plus. Overall, it was a nice stay, we felt safe walking and biking around downtown. Easy access to the north/southside of the island.

This property is nice and the location is good but it is. It outstanding as the reviews would indicate. It largely caters to Brazilian clients and any extra’s like getting a robe for your room were an issue. The rooms are average, room service is not very good. Rooms are not cleaned very well, you are only given 2 small water bottles complimentary as well. The shower pressure however was really good. Overall just ok. Not 5 star more like 3.5.

This is a fantastic hotel. Paid a little extra for a sea view, which was worth it. The spa massage therapy was excellent, and I appreciated the rooftop yoga near the pool. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff. Definitely recommended!

Voltaria com certeza

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto de vários restaurantes bons e um shopping, todos ao alcance de uma caminhada curta. Em frente existe uma pista excelente com 7 km margeando a orla marítima para caminhada e corrida, bastante frequentada no início e final do dia. O quarto de frente para o mar é bem espaçoso e confortável, mas talvez seja o que tem a maior distância até o elevador. Tem algum tratamento acústico, não o suficiente p/deixar de escutar alguns carros e motos e o andado de salto alto no andar de cima. O café da manhã merece destaque, tem uma variedade enorme de opções, todas com muita qualidade e para quem gosta como eu, existe uma máquina de café expresso à disposição. O restaurante eu não posso avaliar porque não cheguei a experimentar. Os funcionários são muito solícitos e simpáticos. A academia é boa, com alguns aparelhos da Technogym e dumbbells até 22kgs O estacionamento é um pouco tumultuado
