"A localização é ótima, ao lado do pier de Itapema, próximo a Praia. Estrutura do prédio ótima com piscina e academia, só lamentamos a esteira não funcionar e a solicitação de ajuda para resolver não teve retorno por parte do atendente da administradora do Condomínio. Check in tranquilo, apto limpo, tudo novo e de qualidade. Atendimento do anfitrião muito rápido e resolutivo. Ar condicionado do quarto perfeito, da sala requer achar solução para o condensador para que o calor não se mantenha...

"Apartamento ótimo, confortável para 3 pessoas na minha opinião. Eu estava em 2 adultos e 2 crianças, porém não acho ideal o sofa cama para dormir 2 pessoas. Como passamos somente 2 noites, foi ok. De resto, prédio legal, estacionamento amplo, praça de alimentação no condomínio, muit bem localizado. Recomendo. "

"This place is great if you want to stay a few nights. However if you have a long stay they charge extra for a cleaning and for extra towels. Not like regular hotels. But other than that the room is spacious the view is pleasant, it has a small kitchen which is great for breakfast and a market right outside. The location is great and the access is very easy. I would stay there again."
