Gostei, perto de tudo. Gostei da visão lá do térreo. Café da manhã tranquilo. Só um probleminha é que como foi no frio não tinha um coberta para aliviar o frio, tirando isso voltaria com certeza me hospedar. Ah! Do lado do tem uma pizzaria ótima, preço bem acessível.

Hotel bem desorganizado. Sem indicação de voltagem das tomadas (queimou meu ferro de passar), não tinham adaptadores, TV com apenas 5 canais (não tinham os canais abertos, reclamei e disseram que era normal), limpavam o quarto e esqueciam de colocar toalhas, teto com infiltração e descascando, ralo cheirando a esgoto (o shaft sopra ar ao invés de aspirar e fede todo quarto), café da manhã sofrível, mal organizado que o torna demorado. Elevadores lentos, que sempre param e enroscam no 7º e eles também consideram normal. Fiquei hospedado no 15º andar onde os funcionários (a qualquer hora do dia ou da noite) passam falando alto e, no andar de cima, fica a sala de café da manhã onde o barulho e vozes começam antes de amanhecer.

É inquestionável que o hotel precisa melhorar bastante. Ficou claro que as baixas avaliações e relatos de insatisfação nessa plataforma, não são suficientes para que a Rede Andrade Hoteis, direcione esforços e empenho para mitigar problemas constantes. É perceptivel que parte dos funcionários, ja tem respostas prontas, quando questionados que precisa melhorar: "Nosso hotel é sempre lotado. O alto indice de ocupação não reflete os problemas relatados." Amparados nessa argumentação, não conseguem enxergar que carecem de uma gestao mais eficiente capaz de mo mimimo fidelizar clientes.
