Housekeeping and communication. We stayed there for two weeks no housekeeper and clean towels, Everything we had to go to their office to get it. Not very satisfied.

The property is not a hotel but an apartment that is listed on orbitz. We entered 4 guests when registering on orbitz but were told that there would be an extra fee once we arrived. They waved it if I promised to give a good rating, talk about duress. There was no one to check you in, we had to call the number on the site and had someone who spoke no English. Thank God we had a guide that was able to communicate. We stayed for a one night layover, and that was too much. The mattress was hard, the springs were broken and I saw several roaches. I’d pass and spend a few more dollars the next time and get a real hotel.

Uou misleading potential guests as to showing fake photos and information that not matching real condition of Appartment. Kitchen is fility dirthy without nessery equipment.., On your photos and information stated tha appartment has washing machine as well but nothing of that. Well done on secession misleading people.

您好,谢谢您的意见,套间的每一个客厅进去, 左手边就是一个洗衣机,在洗菜盆的地方,是一个很显眼的地方,您如果没有找到洗衣机,可以及时地反应给我们的工作人员。如果您觉得床硬,也可以及时反应给我们的工作人员。 我们会给您加一些软的垫子,或者给您退款,让您及时改定其它酒店,或者及时协调其它的处理办法。----对我们工作的失误,我们深表歉意,-下次我们一定努力做的更好!Hello, thank you for your comments. Every living room in the suite goes in. On the left hand side is a washing machine. It's a very conspicuous place in the dish basin. If you don't find a washing machine, you can respond to our staff in time. If you think the bed is hard, you can also respond to our staff in time. We will add some soft cushions to you, or give you a refund, so that you can change other hotels in time, or coordinate other treatment methods in time. Great Value Hotel

Great location! Fantastic for long term stay. The building is older but otherwise the rooms are well maintained. They’ll only come and clean the room if you ask so that’s something to look out for. Overall a good experience.
