Staff are friendly, hotel is located above shopping mall. Convenient and can stay out late without worrying transport back hotel.

The reseption was very bad and not behaving, also there English level way lower than expected

Loved my time at JEN. The hotel team was amazing and very helpful! My room was perfect, and I loved the daily fresh fruit. Location is perfect. I hope to be back soon. Thanks!

Fantastic hotel with wonderful rooms and access to one of the best gyms in the city. 4.5 star hotel that's better than most 5 star.
