5 star comfort if you fix the pillows and slippers
Posted 13 Jan 2020 on HotelsOne of the best maintained old hotels in Beijing, New Otani has been consistently well maintained the 2 times I have stayed here.
The price so far has been fair and the hotel is of a 4 Star standard or imagine an older 5 star hotel.
The rooms are very clean and the hotel in general has been upkept very well.
I do have a complaint about the pillows as they are too high! I am nitpicking here but the room slippers are very poor quality too.

The hotel is fine for 4,stars.the room is quite and comfortable. The metro station is near by. I like it

Beautiful property in a very nice location. This hotel is perfect for business or for pleasure. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
