5 star comfort if you fix the pillows and slippers

One of the best maintained old hotels in Beijing, New Otani has been consistently well maintained the 2 times I have stayed here. The price so far has been fair and the hotel is of a 4 Star standard or imagine an older 5 star hotel. The rooms are very clean and the hotel in general has been upkept very well. I do have a complaint about the pillows as they are too high! I am nitpicking here but the room slippers are very poor quality too.

The hotel is fine for 4,stars.the room is quite and comfortable. The metro station is near by. I like it

Beautiful property in a very nice location. This hotel is perfect for business or for pleasure. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
