I did not enjoy my one night stay, after going in with high expectations due to other reviews. I had another night booked for next week for my return trip, but I cancelled it last night. I was unable to use the TV during the stay due to bad batteries in the remote. I was also unahppy with the temperature control which was stuck at 27 degrees with no way of bringing it down. The staff on the phone offered to send new batteries and a fan, but then reneged on both offers stating that neither were available. I requested a room change to one with a working TV and she agreed to ask a manager but did not call back afterwards. After I called a third time, she agreed to send a fan (apparently available after all) and attempt to grab batteries from another room. We never received batteries in the end and she never bothered calling to close the loop on this. Other minor grievances included: only providing one bath robe for a 2 guest reservation; shower diverter that didn't fully push in for the main nozzle to run; weird stains on the carpet and all over the mirrors on on either side of the TV. The housekeeping staff who brought us the fan and the shuttle driver in the morning were very nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious. However, the far negatives outweighed the positives.

Everything was really good. Staff speaks english and buffet breakfast is amazing.

The hotel is only a 5-minute drive from the airport, clean and new. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and considerate, and they even take the initiative to provide children's toothbrushes and toothpaste, and children's slippers. The buffet breakfast is very rich, and the living experience is very good. I will choose here next time.
