Beijing New Concept Service Apartment Reviews

I had a horrible experience with Expedia and this hotel. First of all the listed location for this hotel on Expedia's app is wrong. Mapping in China don't always work well with US maps so be aware. I had to use a local app (Baidu maps) to search the address to get the actual location. Furthermore even after finding the correct location, the hotel was hard to find. That's because it's an illegally run set of apartments inside a large complex. You have to go to the 5th floor (room 517) - all of which is NOT listed on Expedia - and talk to them. The security person on the bottom floor doesn't know any of that and you're supposed to pretend that you're looking for housing or renting for 30 days... The WORST part of my experience is that even after finding the location and getting to their small office on the 5th floor they said they know NOTHING of EXPEDIA, and they can't take foreign guests. So basically I wasted 3 hours of my time because of Expedia... If I can give a negative star rating for this place and Expedia I would...
