The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc.
But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can.
The hotel is quite safe, the stuff is nice and it is at a convenient location too. The overall of the stay is good to me. Thanks!

Old vs New
Posted 6 Feb 2020 on HotelsParts of the hotel had been renovated but since I stayed in an older floor, the room looked tired and in certain need of a refresh. Staff was helpful and amenities provided were OK.

Awesome staff and location!
Posted 5 Jun 2019 on HotelsThe room was exactly what we needed. Our flight landed late at night and the staff was still ready to give us out key and meet our needs when we arrived. One subway stop away from sanlitun and close proximity to other great spots. Reliable Wi-Fi and service. The staff offered to order use taxi to the airport. Will gladly stay again when we're back in Beijing.
