This property needs updating. The room furniture is old, the carpets are old and the place just needs refreshed. The staff was great, but the building isn’t.
Pillows weren’t comfortable, and our suite’s bedroom AC was causing cold air to blow from a vent that is above the bed and blowing right onto you from above. And it’s noisy.

Very nice property with a friendly staff. My only criticism would be that the room and bathroom doors stuck and would be hard to open and close. Very minor issue

Ive stayed here many times. The quality of the breakfast really has gone down. That was the only disappointment I had.

I have stayed here before and had no issues and so I did not hesitate to book again. I was mistaken. Checkin was fine except for being told that despite advertising daily housekeeping that was no going to happen. Only every 3rd day and I had booked an eight night stay. Once I settled into the room I discovered neither of the two beds had any other bedding except for a top sheet. I went down to the front desk to ask for blankets and was told they were all out no blankets no comforters. I was offered another top sheet and it was suggested I turn off the air conditioner.
The next morning I asked for the room to be made up given the condition and was told it was not going to happen as it was not the third day despite it not being made. I was told they would bring the blankets as soon as they had been washed. I received them without any coverlet at 3:30.
Now for their definition of house keeping. It means they will take the trash out and give you new towels. No beds made and no sweep/mop. I learned of this on the Monday after my Friday checkin. No service at all on Sunday. After talking to the front desk that I didn’t believe how they take care of the rooms I heard nothing from management. I will not be back
