The room was dirty, food on the doors & door handles, layers on dust on everything, holes in shower curtain, & I could go on & have pictures. Made management aware of the issues & they did nothing to fix it or even offer a new room or clean the room. The smell of marijuana was everywhere, in even thou the place no smoking.

Great srea to stay for the day trips that we did. The room was a nice size. Quite as we are on the 4th floor. Only thing was the bed was hard and the pillows soft. Lying on back wasn't good but side was fine. Morning breakfast was good. Also fruit and cookies out for snacks during the day. Swim in the pool was nice. Nice view!

WHERE do I begin ? Bathroom sink stopper was all but closed desk lamp on desk was broken no USB plugs in room cigarette butts all over front porch rocking chairs glued together table between rocking chairs was rotted particle board outside lights in front entrance way - light bulbs out everywhere no room service for 3 days..,had to ask for additional everything, pillows should be thrown away

Our initial room was bad. They rented us a suite knowing the pull out couch was broken. They stated nothing else was available. They offered is a room with 1 bed or 2. My response was I rented a room with 3 beds. They offered 2 cots bit then we realized they wouldn’t fit in the room. They said they would do something in the morning. I was staying there for my mother’s celebration of life. I told the clerk that on the day of my mother’s service I definitely wanted to be messing with hotel rooms. The next morning, at 8am when we came down for breakfast, the clerk informed us the suite next door to ours was open so we can switch rooms. That early? Was it actually ready the night before? The second room was ok and everything worked. When I checked out they just hit a button, don’t let you see anything and says ‘ you’ll receive your receipt in your email’, no thank you I want to see what I am being charged. I got $25 discount for my troubles because that was the only note on my transaction. I wasn’t impressed but nothing I could do. About 1/2 hr later I did receive a call from the hotel that they were giving me a $100 credit. To which I really appreciate. They did what they could to improve my experience.

I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the unclean room. Hairs on the bathroom floor, dust bunnies in the corners and dust. Such a bad experience. We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend so the room came at a premium, but that was not reflected in the value.
