Comfortable and accommodating

Pros: It was simple, comfortable and the food was good. I also liked the paintings in the bedroom, which gave a pleasant appearance to the room.
We arrived late and our local contact had been given the door code, and the room key was waiting for us on the reception desk - I had been fearing that we would be locked out or would struggle with a night porter so this was perfect.
The room was large, the bed comfortable, and the sofa was a single bed with another single bed to pull out below.
The large windows opened on to a balcony and the blinds within the windows were effective at shutting out the light.
Breakfast was a simple continental type, with cereals, bread, croissant, several preserves of the region, cold meats, cheese and yogurts. Hot drinks were available from a machine.

Accueil sympa mais chambre sale : poussière partout (tables de nuit, par terre … le ménage est très mal fait : lavabo sale

Posted 17 Aug 2021 on HotelsLa propreté n'est vraiment pas le point fort de l'établissement, odeur désagréable dans la cage d'escalier, sol de la chambre souillé, robinetterie pleine de trace de tartre, petite serviette de bain 50×100cm par personne qui peluche en plus, pommeaux de douche qui ne tient pas suspendue............

Des poils dans le lit et le must une tache de sang sur le drap!

Cher Mr de Biasi, vous n'étiez pas satisfait de votre chambre et je vous ai proposé une autre chambre pour laquelle vous étiez satisfait. Après contrôle la première chambre n'avait rien du tout. Vous avez quitté l'hôtel sans autre forme d'explication car vous ne vouliez pas payer la taxe de séjour de 0,70 euros. Cordialement
