Our room was not ready on time but the staff was amazing and let me take my kids to the pool while we waited. Very nice.

Restaurant and bar in the hotel were nice. I was told that i would get a first floor room but when i checked in they gave me a second floor room. Very inconvenient.

Staff at check in were not friendly or helpful. They seemed annoyed we were checking in. Did not explain wi fi or breakfast options. After a 12 hour drive we meet pissed off people at the desk. There was a birthday party there and people were saying hello to the front desk people as they walked in. Desk people did not even acknowledge them. I felt uncomfortable for the guests. Too bad as the hotel is very nice.
