Not a bad hotel really. Rooms close to the pool or the inside are loud at times when families bring their kids for pool parties etc. We like the rooms on the outside for this reason, unless there is an event with no kids then the inside area is best 😊. Breakfast buffet is usually really good and the hotel bar is nice and the bartenders are great!

The room was dark gloomy and dirty

Property was in need of repairs in the public areas, ice machines, elevators, etc. Room was in good condition and clean. No signage visible from outside and we had a very difficult time locating the actual hotel.

Very beautiful hotel. Nice bar and grill. Delicious food. My only down fall. My security deposit didnt go back on my card

As the signs at the desk state, your bank has up to 10 business days to put the money back into your bank. If you haven't received it by April 19th, please contact us so we can investigate.

Felt very unsafe here, room was incredibly uncomfortable, paid for a king room and didn’t even have a tub for the ice machine, took at least 5 minutes to get hot water for a shower. Worst stay at any place ever.
