You need a code to open the door. Nobody is in the front desk. You have the same person doing the breakfast and the check out , etc. For the breakfast you have to wait for being service . You don't have a counter with food to chose. It is not a 5 start

Posted 17 Oct 2023 on HotelsVery well-appointed, large and comfortable room. The dinner was also delicious! So glad we stayed here rather than in the less charming area by the Mont St Michel parking lot.
