Property great , pity you took my money but reservation was mot made at hotel , called Expedia uk to constantly be put on hold , did seem keen to give me my money back , I hung up after 40 minutes but will try again tomorrow

The carpets in the corridors are dirty. The rooms are outdated and the carpets in the room are not clean. Soap container near the sink and shampoo container in the shower were the only toiletries provided. Breakfast is great. My room was very spacious.

I got what I paid. No fridge in rooms, the whole hotel was stuff.

The customer service was epic. They accommodated our late arrival. We will be back Ps my mom says safety bar in shower

Wifi poor. Keeps switching off. Booked a comfort double. Got a twin with two individually made up beds pushed together. Room noisy.

Hello Nick,We offer complimentary wifi and unfortunately at times there may be issues with wifi which is out of our control. You were given a complimentary upgrade to a Superior Room as there was an issue in the hotel with some of our rooms due to a faulty boiler. We are sorry this was not communicated to you at check in.

Two criticisms: ultra basic tea and coffee provision. Only horrible powdered ‘Nescafe Original’ coffee sachets provided. No decaf, no drinkable coffee. Only Tetley breakfast teabags. No fruit tea or decaf alternatives. ONE Small packet containing 2 biscuits provided between 2 guests. In bathroom fixed handwash beside sink and fixed conditioning shampoo in shower. No shower gel or soap provided so have to use shampoo to wash with in the shower. Why is room provision so ultra basic when rest of hotel experience is so good?

Hello Joy,Our tea and coffee facilities include both caffeinated and decaffeinated and I am sorry there was a shortage in your room. If you had made us aware of the issue during your stay we could have provided you with extras. We provide conditioning shampoo and handwash in all our rooms and do not supply individual ones due to waste and the environment.

Good hotel.

Good clean hotel, one night stay when travelling for a work visit. Clean and tidy everywhere, can see they are slowly refurbishing. Good shower and bathroom which is a must! Had evening meal and breakfast, couldn’t fault either.

Very friendly and accommodating staff throughout. Excellent food and service. Couldn’t do enough for me. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in the area.
