Switch room due to AC not cooling the room. The replacement room AC wasn't cooling as well. Breakfast was canceled due to staff not showing up for work. Not please and wish i could get my money back.

This facility was NOTHING like base on the internet! This place was a let down. Persons who are not lodging here hanging around. The odor of marijuana was extremely powerful around the front entrance. The AC was not functioning properly. Notified front desk but never resolved the issue. If I hadn’t been checking in so late in the day I would have cancelled the reservation and gone elsewhere.

The receptionist was nice and helpful but everything else was awful. We had a room on the 1st floor. When we arrived the room smelled like mildew and had stains on the floor but the worst thing was a roach crawled down the curtain and into my son’s bag. I immediately asked for a different room off of the main floor. We were moved to the 3rd floor where the room didn’t smell like mildew but the floor was stained the wall outlet cover in the bathroom was growing mold, and the door wouldn’t shut unless you put force behind it. The whole facility is run down. The outside had a few extra holes by the ac units needing repair. They did have a breakfast where you could make your own waffles and those were good but the dining area was dingy and in need of repair. We will never stay there again
