Overall, I had a great experience here. My room was spacious and mostly comfortable. I could do without the burn marks on the toilet seat. I did hear neighbors talking and smelled plenty of weed inside and outside of the property, but I suspect that's just life in 2024. Breakfasts consists of coffee, a bran bar and/or a muffin. Do not expect anything exciting for breakfast, but they had told me that up front.

Customer service was non existent. I didn’t complete my booked time. I left after 3 days and I want a refund for the other 8 days.

The floor was sticky and they were not able to move us to another room because of their computer system. They also did not have any dishes or silverware - even though they advertise the room has a kitchenette with basic kitchen items provided. The clerk was responsive and refunded our money when we decided to leave and find another hotel room

It was fun down but working, dents and scratches all over the room but everything still worked. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, that plus the location makes it worth it
