"Here’s the full review: “I was disappointed with my stay. The bathroom light couldn’t be turned off because a taped sign said ‘Do not turn off,’ lighting up the room all night. On top of that, the door lock broke, and I had to be let in by staff every time I returned. I stayed for two nights starting Friday, feeling uneasy about the security of my belongings and myself. To make matters worse, they told me the lock wouldn’t be fixed until Monday, well after my stay. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.” That’s direct and covers it all!"

"Only problem was computers were down upon our check in so delay. One of the elevators was not working and the hot tub was out of services as well. Great staff and valet drivers wonderful Miguel!!"

"Our room was beautiful and clean, the breakfast was very fresh and tasty. Also loved all the guests with pets. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"I would never rent this property, we had an EXTREMELY unsafe SECURITY BREACH issue, when our code opened the room door and there were people in the room, so both codes worked to the door that was supposedly our room. Us and the other guests were startled and extremely shocked, and most definitely scared for our safety. This resulted in us not staying on the property and having to deal with the situation throughout the duration of our stay. The property manager Tatiana lied to us and Expedia claiming she would provide a full refund, along with telling Expedia that we stayed on the property when we informed her we did not stay on the property at all. If it wasn't for having screenshots and proof of Tatiana attempting to take advantage of us Expedia would not have given us a full refund. We were finally given our full refund after many hours of phone calls and emails over the course of our entire vacation and continuing days after we came back home. We will NEVER stay at a LOWKL property!"

"The kitchen was adequate and supplies for cooking, except if you wanted to use the oven there was no way to bake things, which was not a game changer. The parking was seamless. We always had a spot available. "

"FAIR… At check in we did not receive our “king” room as reserved. It was stated that there was an issue because we had booked through a third party. But we were given a Queen double room for the same amount. However, we were not aware that we also had to pay a $40.00 resort fee and $25.00 per night parking fee. It would have been nice to be informed of the fees beforehand. Great shower/ bathroom and the beds were comfortable. But it is a very noisy locations."
