"Room wasn’t bad. Had an issue with the room making too much noise coming from the AC unit at 3 o’clock in the morning not a good experience on the first night staff on the front desk. She was very helpful and move me to a different room next day spoke to one of the manager by the name Cesar, who had the worst customer skills ever he acted like he was doing everybody a favor by him been their. Do not understand how he is a manager. I did encounter with others Managers and and they were wonderful to talk to at that location. breakfast was good. Definitely will stay there again."

"The new pool was well designed, and the room and breakfast service was fantastic."

"Did not use the pool, rooms were great for the price. Stephanie helped with check in and was able to check us in a little earlier after getting off the cruise ship.This is not your fancy hotel and for an older property the room was equipped with a medium size refrigerator and microwave with a comfortable bed. We will definitely stay here on our next cruise out of Fort Lauderdale."
