"The overall experience was decent, but there were several drawbacks this time. The breakfast was not very good. Bland breads and meats that left a lot to be desired. The food quality was just not there. Some of the support staff showed a general lack of desire to assist and a lack of motivation over the course of our visit. Our vanity light was broken. We asked three times to have it fixed, but it never got fixed. We were ther two weeks, but finally stopped asking. There was another light burnt out as well. If we hung the do not disturb sign on our door, they would not clean the room, even if we had removed the sign early in the morning, long before they would normally clean. We have stayed here several other visits. This visit was less than we expected. Overall, it's a fine hotel, but does not match the standard of other Hilton Tru hotels we've stayed in. Improved breakfast quality and more attention to meeting customer needs would ho a long way. We will likely visit again."
