Sorry you felt a bit left out - that is not our intention at all! The room you booked "Economy Room, 1 King Bed, Annex Building (Ocean Breeze)" have all the same amenities as our other rooms just not the view. Next time take a look at our Oceanfront or Ocean Spray rooms! Safe Travels

I was directed to an another property when I booked it I was under the impression I was at one hotel. They charged me the difference which I thought was not fair since I was not aware there was another building.

We are 1 hotel with several buildings - I apologize for the confusion as the room you booked did say: Economy Room, 1 King Bed, Annex Building (Ocean Breeze). I did work with you and discounted the difference with you for the upgrade to our Oceanfront room (65%). Safe travels in the future

Went to check in and room was not ready at 4 pm They checked us in and told us to enjoy our stay. Opened door There were dirty towels and beds unmade They told us to come back Waiting in room to be cleaned
