The TV remote worked to turn it on and off including the volume but you could not change the channel.Mine was stuck on the cartoon network.

Front Desk Clerk Rude, but get place to Stay

The rudest front desk clerk I have ever met and encountered. I was not allowed an early check in, with temperatures reaching over 100 degrees. The FD clerk said that first that there were NO rooms available at the time. Then turns around and states that if I wanted to check in early that it would have to be charged 25 dollars. (SMH) Luckily, I speak Spanish and a housekeeper who was in passing let me get a cup of ice, super nice housekeeper. You had to have an access key in enter to retrieve ice and vending machines. We spoke about my experience and she assisted me. Don’t get me wrong the place is nice and my room was clean with nice floors and remolded. The water pressure was very good. The towels were HARD. The refrigerator and microwave were nice and working condition. TV was clear and a nice size updated DirectTV. Then the other bad news, housekeeping at 10 am knock on my door for check out status. I let her know I would be checking out at 11 am nice and friendly, she said okay.

Horrible. Sheets were stained. Staff at night and morning were rude and just horrible. Morning staff gave me a hard time to get back my $150 deposit. It was convenient when I had to stop but absolutely horrible.

Front desk tried to charge me a $150 deposit fee that was not mentioned in the booking process. And also told me it had to be CASH when I was paying the room with a card. I had to find another hotel further away because of this and did not end up staying here. Will not be back.

It’s was a nice place and you were right next to restaurants and gas stations very convenient. The rooms don’t have lamps in them which was a little weird. And the blankets are thin but we brought our own so it worked out great. Be sure you bring $150 in cash for a deposit they don’t take the deposit with card. This place will not rent to anyone under 21 unless the room is in someone’s name that is over 21 and they have their ID.
