It was adequate for a short stay in London. It was good enough, but nothing too impressive. Location was what we needed. Room was miniscule. Would probably choose another property in the future.

The only good thing was the proximity to Paddington station; short walk. The check in staff were terrible and the staff overall where poor

Location, location, location! Stuff is friendly and accommodating. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Only concern was the size of the room. In case you are an over 6 feet couple, you might consider another option. No space for baggage in the room, we had to keep our stuff on the bed. Relatively, small bed for two tall people. Ok, for overnight but not for a long stay.

The property was convenient for Paddington station and local restaurants. The staff were excellent.
The hotel room was small enough but the bathroom, at a total length of 5ft 6" and narrow enough to bang ones elbows against the shower cubicle on one side of the sink and the wall on the other, was claustrophobic.
