The bed was comfortable
How can you call yourself a hotel when you close the restaurant and the bar all weekend
They couldn’t even offer a breakfast or a sandwich and a drink
Suggesting ubereats or deliveroo as a catering option is quite frankly embarrassing

Good morning,Are you serious ?!!It is written on each site that our restaurant is not open on weekends. You wanted a hotel with an open restaurant and you didn't even bother to check the information before booking. Odd! Some hotels don't even have a restaurant at all. Ours is open during the week.Regards,

For the price was better than expected. Nice lobby and restaurant area. The desk clark was very pleasant and helpful. Pet friendly. Good location. Basic but clean rooms. Definitely stay again

OK hotel, but wouldn't stay again.
Posted 5 Oct 2020 on HotelsHotel staff very pleasant, but the hotel is dated and in need of a refresh. The room was very small and the pillows were poor, we had to put our coats under them just to make them big enough....

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We have two types of rooms, one of which is indeed less spacious. Renovations started in May and are continuing on these two types of rooms to give this hotel a new lease of life.
Our pillows are not very thick to accommodate the majority and we can provide additional ones at reception if necessary.

Hotel les Genets
Posted 1 Oct 2020 on HotelsFor a one night stay on route to Spain the room was simple but adequate. The bed was a little too soft for my wife but for me it was ok. We ate at the attached restaurant and although the menu was in french the waiter did his best to translate. I had a beef dish and the wife had pork, both meaks were very well presented and delicious.

Les Genets again Our 2nd visit .
