The hotel is very cool. We like it so much we are staying a second night. The family room is perfect for us as it has a lot of space and my 15 year old and 20 year old kids can have some space to themselves. Also it is pretty cool aesthetically

I wouldn't recommend or stay here again. Coming for the US it was more along the lines of a 3 star hotel. The carpeting in the room was very stained and there was a bad smell in the hotel hallways. The front desk staff was not very helpful upon arrival (no offer to help with bags or share recommendations). If you want a hotel that feels clean/comfortable I would recommend looking at one of the more modern hotels in the area.

We stayed in one of the suites of the hotel which is in the medieval tower. The room and the hotel were perfect. The hotel also has a restaurant which serves excellent French food. It was perfectly located within easy walking distance for shopping and dining.

Excellent location - close to shops and restaurants. Very nice room and helpful staff.

It’s old and well used, but well taken care of. Old world charm. It has an excellent restaurant and it’s very well located. Walkable to everything.
