We had a comfortable stay at this convenient location close to everything including the meeting point for guided excursions. Our host Valerie was the best: she is friendly, helpful, responsive, and a great chef/cook. Her breakfasts were just the thing to start the day in Bayeux. Thank you, Valerie, for making our stay so pleasant.

We had a wonderful. Owner was gracious and kind and the breakfasts were delicious. Very convenient location for D-Day tourists. Place was very clean and quiet

This a convenient place to stay in Bayeaux, and the host was so friendly. Her breakfasts were tasty: have the homemade yogurt if it’s available. Nearby, you have a choice of several good restaurants (reservations recommended), and the tapestry and D-Day museums are walkable. Try not to drive once you’re back in town, and find your street parking within a few blocks.

Lovely place to stay in Bayeux
Posted 11 Jul 2023 on HotelsWe loved our stay at this lovely b&b in Bayeux. The hostess/owner Valerie is very friendly and welcoming. The location is superb. It is right on one of the main streets in the historic area yet the rooms are very quiet and serene looking onto the inner courtyard. We enjoyed the breakfasts and liked being able to easily walk to the sights. There are several free parking lots a few blocks away. Highly recommend this wonderful lodging for your stay in Bayeux.

Posted 7 Jun 2023 on HotelsLoved our stay. Our host was very kind and gracious, greeting us at check-in and showing us to our room. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Restaurants and attractions are a short walking distance away. We hope to return to Bayeux someday, and we'll definitely stay at Louis de Saint-Jean again.
