The room wasn’t properly cleaned. There were dead and living roaches in the room. The toilet leaked everytime we flushed it. The A/C unit had holes throughout. Management knocked on our door after we went to sleep to verify our booking through Expedia. They should have checked on that when we checked in. She was rude and accusatory late at night, it made me very uncomfortable. I would have been afraid if I had been there alone. When she came to our door demanding our receipt, she was smoking a cigarette and was letting the smoke into the room. In a non-smoking motel. Don’t stay here.

Office VERY RUDE!!! TV Selection was good and would be ok to stay at in the summer. The heat did not work in 3 out of 4 rooms, and did not work well in the 4th room, drafty as well. The lady that cleans was very helpful and accommodating, and located a heater which helped a little.

Posted 5 Sep 2023 on HotelsThe first room, the air conditioner did not work the second room air conditioner work, but did not cool the room very well. Shower drain clogged and flooded the bathroom. Refrigerator did not work. You had to bring me another one. When using microwave, the plugs went out on the wall and had to move the microwave and the refrigerator to beside the bed. Roaches.
