The room was dirty. The outside of the property had trash all over it. The key cards only worked when they wanted to.

The staff is very nice and welcoming, I assume it's the owner who was incapable of communicating and rude, saying he would call the police if I promptly didn't do as he said, when doing so could have put myself into harms way! Oh, not to mention as he held his phone in my face recording everything

The room smelled like smoke and the desk lady told me it was probably from the last people and then lied when Expedia called them. Expedia customer service would not give me a full refund. Only gave me $25. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Motel did not provide housekeeping service during our 2-day stay. Charged us $100 deposit after paying full cost of room. Deposit is supposed to be refunded. Patio door exits outside via dangerous 10 inch step down and then steps to grassy steep slope to sidewalk. Beds very uncomfortable.

Did not feel secure. Side door was unlocked, swiper was not working. Door lock on room did not have double bolt. The sheets were spotty and blanket was torn. I asked for new sheet and blanket. Still do not have my deposit of 100.00 back.
