Everything went super for us. The front clerk even helped get our suitcases upstairs to our room.

We didn’t get to stay there. There was no elevator, no rooms available on the first floor and my elderly mother could not handle a dozen steps.

The hotel was recently renovated. Given the price I paid, I was happy with my booking. There were things that couldn't be renovated, eg size of bathroom, wall thickness.

The staff was helpful and kind. The property is undergoing improvements so conditions were not great as far as appearance and function right now.
