It’s a good place to stay but the employees don’t speak English and the staff in charge for transportation is not professional. I contacted her for my pickup at the hotel via WhatsApp like what she instructed me but she didn’t response so I have to go to the meeting point to meet her in person and wait for her so long since she’s not in the office. It wasted of my time to sit there and wait for her. Her name is Jennifer Ramos.

This was a great place overall.They only recommendation is that they fully cook their bacon to make it crispy versus soft.

No service in pool areas, not enough seating in pool area, water park is all the way in the other side of hotel, my entire family left vomiting and diarrhea.
Not worth the money they need more personnel no activities throughout the day. The show in theater uses men as women for show. Not for my children to be seeing

We went with a group of friends for a week. We had considered other options but ended up deciding to go with Lopesan, and it was the best decision honestly.
In our 6 nights and 7 days there was always something to do and to discover. We booked separate excursions with hotel’s third party company and it was amazing. We went to the spa- it was good but not the best, but my favorite parts were the restaurants. Every single night we went to a different restaurant: Japanese, Steakhouse, Mexican, etc… and in all of them the service was amazing. Everyone is so nice and helpful, they are always asking you what you need.
The hotel is also very clean and friendly for both adults and kids. The main pool was always a vibe, there was always music and we were always able to find beach chairs.
To top it all off we were able to see the Cuban music group: Gente de Zona. AMAZING!!
Looking forward to repeat!

Beautiful hotel, safe, clean and friendly staff. Food options were pretty good, but limited at times with non-pork options.
