Everything is very very far , almost impossible to book reservation with restaurants, no swim up bar at any pool. No activities in pool , no games at pool , almost impossible to find anyone to get you a drink if your in the pool . I would not recommend to anyone .

Al hotel le faltan cosas basicas de un hotel de esta categoría. Por ejemplo:
- En nuestra habitación ni en las otras habitaciones donde se hospedaron mis familiares, hacían falta un cartel para la puerta que diga "no molestar" o "hacer limpieza, por favor". El staff entraba a la habitación sin tocar la puerta en varias ocasiones.
- No había un reloj en la habitación y nunca sabíamos la hora. Nuestra idea era relajarnos y dejar los celulares en la caja fuerte. No pudimos hacerlo porque debíamos saber la hora.
- Muchos artefactos dañados: Varios tomacorrientes no funcionaban. La tapa del sensor del chip de la puerta se cayó.
- Hace falta más estaciones de toallas de piscina (Solamente hay una en toda la propiedad).
- Hace falta más sombra en las piscinas.

the property is nice and update, staff very nice, the menu was really good and good presentation.
the beach was excellent and the pool was nice
the service in the pool area need more personal,(the bar is far away and the area to serving is to big for 1 person)
the plants decoration need a little more trim (is to hevy)

I had an amazing experience. My husband and I went to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Food and drinks delicious and premium. Huge property and lots of walking but we didn’t mind it. Darlin from the Valley restaurant was excellent to us from day one until last day. I am looking forward to coming back.
