The property was stunning, clean and very well secured amazing employees and security at all times and all areas.

I was not very happy with the experience altogether. The place needs to get fixed all around. my room didnt have good a/c. So we were always hot. Never got someone to check it even after reporting it several times. Couldn't get good reception on TV so we were limited on what we could watch. The food was ok... but not the level expected. We wanted an upgrade and even though arranged necer got it. The view and the beach exceptional as expected. I wouldn't go back to this property

I did not like the fact that as soon as I checked in at the front desk, I was greeted by a Extadian representative who was trying to sell me on another vacation and pushing me into a seminar the next morning to convince me to buy another vacation. I came to this resort to enjoy myself and relax, not to be conned into another trip. This was highly inappropriate, classless, and very unprofessional. I thought Impressive Punta Cana would treat me better than that and I will definitely remember this when booking my next trip. Also the condition of the room I stayed in was poor and the bed was very stiff and uncomfortable.

My husband and I booked a trip to this resort for our 9th wedding anniversary and my college graduation. The resort was beautiful however, the directions to the room are very confusing. It’s so easy to get lost and when it gets dark the lighting on the resort is not good! The food was not good at all but we did not get to eat at all the restaurants due to reservations. It says reservations are always full but when you see the restaurant’s not every table is full. Some of the employees are rude but we loved Jha the bartender and Martina the cleaning staff!! They were amazing, caring, helpful and always smiling.

I feel the food choices were very limited, was not too impressed with food. Pool/beach should be opened a bit longer than 7pm. I disliked the fact that though I was a premium member, I had to walk far from my room to everything premium
