From start to finish, this was the absolute worst trip and resort we have ever stayed at. Expedia failed to get us to our trip in a timely manner. We even had to book our own flights through Southwest as Expedia’s solution was to have us arrive 2 days late to our trip. Expedia did not credit or extend our day. We paid for ocean view and vip and did not receive either. Once we arrived to the resort no one showed us how to get to our room, we got lost and walked in the pouring rain. It took the resort 45 minutes to bring us our bags after they told us it would be 10 minutes. The resort had roaches and bed bugs. We also complained multiple times about our room not having ocean view or receiving any of the “vip perks” that we paid for. We have used Expedia for 6 years and will NOT use you guys again. This trip was an absolute nightmare and we will not recommend anyone to use Expedia or the resort we stayed at.

This was our first family trip to Punta Cana. My family enjoyed it very much. Beautiful resort with many good food and drinks. My only recommendation is they should have more vegetarian food

I had personal items stolen out of my luggage by the baggage handlers. My room didn’t have air conditioning, it was 79 and 80 each night. After asking for maintenance and no one showing up two hours before checkout a man came to our room. He pushed buttons and left. The air conditioning still was not working. The ceiling leaked water over the steps to the lower level. He took pictures of that.

The property required maintenance ac was not working in some restaurant that was away from the main building which made it uncomfortable

The property was dirty and the check in was horrible. The food is great the staff is ok. The first night I had to request the room to be cleaned because house keeping never came to our room. One of my family members lost their bracelet key and we were charged $150 for a new key and were treated like criminals and forced my 6 year old to were a key bracelet or else. This made us miss our reservation for an a escape room. What’s crazy is that my 6year old never hand her bracelet on the whole stay but 2 days prior to checking out this abuse happened.

The best way to describe this hotel is the people were nice but they always had an excuse for everything… no diet soda, ice machine broken, air conditioner broken and told to wait in a 77 degree room until they come fix it, the kitchen is out of all juices, alcohol is watered down, room service for a bucket of ice takes an hour, fire alarm continuously goes off… No wonder they sell you a membership right when you get here before you run into all the problems…

There are better all-inclusive hotels in the DR.

Lo encontré aburrido, esta hecho para los americanos, los latinos se aburren. No tienen variedad de cervezas para ser all inclusive. Muy bello las facilidades, el servicio de troly es pésimo

Buen hotel , calida de las comidas muy buena. Mucha gente por la temporada que fuí pero funciona bien.

This was our first time visiting the DR and The Hard rock Hotel! It was a wonderful experience!!! I docked 1 star because the property is so huge and they need more transportation especially during dinner hours. The spa service should also include the hydro pools if you get services done. I hated the hard sell to buy into the properties. But over all it was a good hotel vacation
