The resort has magnificent views of the city but not a senior or kid friendly resort. You constantly have to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper, towels, etc.. they do not fill in water bottle everyday so we have to ask for that as well. Not a lot to do in the area as well. Some staff are nice but mostly rude. My husbands relatives who stayed there for a few weeks almost had enough. The same breakfast meal everyday.

Clogged drainage

Rooms are clean enough but you can see some need of repair. Our first room, was not properly readied, no hot water, no bath mat and no toilet paper, the shower room drain is clogged. We asked to be transferred as there was water seeping on the floor just outside the bathroom. At first, the reception told us that she will have it look at and was reluctant to move us. But because it is drainage issue, we insisted that they need to move us to another room as you don't know how bad it is. The next room was better .

The view is amazing! The kids loved the pool and the room is clean. Hopefully they can give us more towels especially I have kids. But overall it’s a good experience. The staff are pleasant and nice . I will come back again with my family.

glass door in room no. 10 should be fixed.Receptionist should be more welcoming and accommodating in assisting us in our rooms coz we were lost. at that time there was no staff to guide us in our room, unlike in our first and second visit. please improve

The photo in the advert was quite deceiving, the physical set-up was not the same, the service as well was quite poor, we ordered food and it was sent quite late when asked the staff said that we did not give them the room number, but they’re quite fast to ask us for payment. My total experience was utterly disappointing.

The location was beautiful but the staffs were not that friendly. When we ate breakfast, they were out of food.
