Everything was well. People are super friendly. The one thing that was not good - smell in the room. It was very unpleasant.

Dont stay here!

Honestly, dont stay here. We were lured in by the 'great reviews' but it was possibly the worst place I've stayed. We arrived at 1am after driving a solid 14 hours from Ukraine, to find the room was over 30c, with stagnant hot air and no way of ventilating it we tried to call reception but the room phone wasnt working. Before any of this happened our key hadnt worked, probably due to the woman on reception who was slobbed over her chair leaving the man (Christian?) to juggle the various customers at the desk. He was possibly the best thing about the hotel, polite, friendly, helpful, very kind. Even when we went down for breakfast at 7.30am the whole place was far far too hot it was uncomfortable. I barely slept due to the heat, and now have another 14 hours of driving exhausted which was exactly what we were trying to avoid. Please save your money and go elsewhere!

A Nice Place In Baunatal

This was a second visit to the hotel. Very convenient and within walking distance of several restaurants, although there is some good food to be had in the hotel restaurant. The breakfast was fine and in pleasant surroundings. A very nice features is the complementary coffee and tea available in the lobby area. Also a short hop on the S-Bahn to Kassel. For the price, it is a real bargain. And the staff is very helpful and pleasant.
