Unfortunately the hot water could not reach the 19th floor where I was allocated. Was notified of a refurbishment being undertaken after I accepted a booking which meant lower floors were unavailable.

The hotel was not in the quality that we expected. Lots of things were old broken or looked run down.

Don’t deserve 5 star.. bad experience from the first minute I entered till the end.. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Shalomrav, my wife and I are staying at your hotel from June 4th to June 9th. We arrived at the hotel and were given a very shabby corner room in the ceiling, there was a hole in the bathroom, and moisture from my time with an employee, which required us to contact you with room number 1212. Then we were given another room, 414, which in our opinion is disrespectful to Sartu Hotel, the phone in the room did not work on the first day, there was no room service , and there was no mini bar and no refrigerator, the curtains were torn, we went to the reception again and we were indeed sent a refrigerator that was dirty from the inside, without the contents of the mini bar, but the phone had not been repaired until this moment so that in every way we had to go down and of course we could not order new services, whenever it was necessary To contact you, we had to go up and down and wait in line for reception, it was simply not convenient. We are regular guests of the hotel and have stayed on several occasions and this is our favorite hotel in Batumi, despite the high price we always knew we would get value for money, unfortunately this time we were very disappointed and in my opinion we did not get value for the money paid, Sheraton hotels are known for their level of service and quality, so the disappointment is very big. Just to clarify Despite our requests, no action was taken and the feeling was that there was disrespect on your part.
