Horrible communication between Expedia and the property. I had to call Expedia myself to be able to check in and get my room #. The room was disgusting with hair, dirt and burnt cigarettes in the room. Unacceptable.

Any day prefer staying in hotel than here.

It’s been a horrible experience staying at these service apartments. Firstly there is no parking for the guests, so park wherever outside the building you find. I got one 400m away from building. Secondly the staff is rude and they allocate whatever next appt is available. We got a studio for a booking of 3 BHK appt and that too the staff was horribly rude. You won’t get any water bottles, even the towel was torn (look at picture). No toilet roll in bathroom. No blanket, just a thin bedsheet and extra pillows with no cover, I guess they wanted us to buy our own. The view outside the balcony was good. I guess it’s good if you are looking to stay for more than a week and then you can do your grocery shopping for all missing items. Not at all deemed fit for 2-3 days stay.

Toller Ausblick vom Zimmer auf das Meer. Sauberes und gutes Bett. Bad war gut ausgestattet.

Die Kommunikation ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber könnte in Zukunft gern etwas schneller sein. Leider ist die Bratpfanne im Apartment nicht für den vorhandenen Induktionsherd geeignet. Und ich hatte mich so auf Rührei gefreut! Ansonsten ein schönes Apartment mit schönem Ausblick. Ich komme gerne wieder!
