Excellent hotel, full facilities, skilful and friendly staff.
It's just that the room I occupied has a bed that is worn out so uncomfortable to sleep.

Pros: Friendly service. Clean. Neat. Comfort. Central. Near with Alun-Alun Batu, etc.
Cons: Air Conditioner

Lighting rooms (more brighter please... ^^)

Great location, central, near with the Town Hall.
Clean and Neatly.
Comfort and cozy place.
In front of the room has a car park. (I was ordered for Superior Room. Next time, I want to order 1-2 level more higher than Superior, ofc ordered it through expedia 'cause the price are so reasonable than other website/commerce haha).

This Hotel has a beautiful Garden but urgently needs to be renovated.

到了房間才知道沒有空調設備，白天溫度較高。
