A bit sad for a Hampton Inn. Felt like it was at least 20 years old. Staff didn't even greet me when I came down for coffee in the morning. They just looked at me. Food was fine, but the room was right off I-94 and NOISY!

The room smells and embarrasing.Knobs in toiliet are broken.I got stucked. it's dirty.Pool is gross.Bad place to stay.

While the location and the access were great to allow for easy access to the shops, my buddy's room door would not lock (322), and my water pressure for the shower was terrible in room 3302

When I showered I had to stand in ankle deep water because the drain did not work. Also, when we went to get coffee with our breakfast the coffee machine was broken! There was no offer to bring in coffee or do anything for this inconvenience. Additionally, the room was very loud with the highway right outside the room. I could also hear the other rooms phone ring and I could hear lots of walking above me. We are Hilton honors members and rarely have N issue with the Hampton but this one was not good.

The room was not clean. Bed appeared to have just been remade. In the morning we realized that someone's shirt had been made into the bed. Morning staff was ok, checkin was not great. Waited least 10 minutes for the staff person who was definitely not happy to see us. This was likely the worst hotel experience of my life. The breakfast was OK to be fair
